Horseradish Encrusted


2 lbs. halibut

Salt and pepper

cup sour cream

cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp. chopped onions

1 tsp. prepared horseradish

3 tbsp. melted butter

cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange halibut in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion and horseradish. Spread mixture over fish filets. In another small bowl, mix together melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumbs over fish.

Bake until fish is flaky, about 20 minutes.
