BATH TWP.: Per the recommendation of Administrator Vito Sinopoli, trustees approved the Municipal Developers Agreement with Summit County for the Ghent Road Sanitary Sewer Extension on Sept. 16.

This is the first step in the process which now moves to a review of the drawings by the county’s Department of Environmental Services. Once that is completed, the next step would be to prepare bid documents.

Sinopoli explained that this is the long-awaited sewer extension for the section of Ghent Road near the intersection with Cleveland-Massillon Road, a portion of Bath that is part of the Joint Economic Development District.
