BATH TWP. - While most of us spent Monday morning getting ready for the workweek, Revere Local Schools Superintendent Randy Boroff embarked on a 10-day trip to China as part of an educational tour.
“I will have the opportunity to visit Beijing, Xian and Shanghai,” Boroff wrote in an email. “I will be visiting schools, meeting educators and doing some sightseeing.”
Boroff is the president of the Buckeye Association of School Administrators and will be traveling with a number of other educators from around the country on this all-expense paid trip. He is hoping to bring back ideas from halfway around the world and develop relationships that could benefit Revere.
Boroff plans to blog every day to keep in touch while being 12 hours ahead of our daylight saving time in Ohio.
“I have created a blog site so I can journal my trip to China and share my experiences with all of you,” he explained. “I will be able to include pictures, possibly videos and a page of writing.”
