Copley Township


Identity fraud


A Mull Avenue man told police May 19 that someone used his lost bank card at a BP gas station for $440 in unauthorized transactions.


A Titan Drive woman, 55, told police May 18 that someone made $10,740 in unauthorized transactions on her credit card.


Burglary


An Akron woman, 51, reported a break-in at her business May 16. She said cash was stolen.


Domestic abuse


A Hawksfield Court woman, 35, was charged with domestic abuse and resisting arrest, accused of attacking her husband, 37. Police said she was intoxicated and resisted officers after being taken to the Copley Police Department.


A Mogadore woman, 33, is accused of pouring bleach May 20 on a Copley man, 43, because she thought he was cheating on her. Police said the woman was intoxicated, but the man did not file charges.
