Arrests

A man, 46, was charged with driving under the influence April 14. A police officer conducted a traffic stop after noticing two of the tires on his vehicle had blown out and his car was on fire. After speaking with the driver, the officer noticed the man was intoxicated and arrested him.

Officers responded to complaints of a man trying to sell his car at a BP gas station in Montrose. He insisted the car was his, but he had no documents. The car was towed and he was cited for having fictitious plates.
