HUDSON: City Council has rezoned more than 225 acres of city-owned property along Hines Hill Road to make way for an office or research park, MyTownNEO.com reports.

“This is something that I think will add substantially to the long-term benefit of the city in terms of additional tax revenue,” council President Bill Wooldredge said, according to the website.
