Jackson Township



Arrest



An Orrville woman, 40, of Wadsworth Road, was arrested at the Wayne County Jail and booked at the Stark County Jail on Sept. 19 on a warrant charging passing bad checks.



Fraud



A man made $636 worth of multiple credit-card purchases on gift cards at the Target store on Dressler Road Northwest on Sept. 13, then fled in a waiting vehicle when asked for identification.



Forgery



A Hills and Dales Road Northwest woman reported Sept. 14 that someone fraudulently used her debit/credit card in the total amount of $1,441.



Burglary



A Lutz Avenue Northwest resident said Sept. 14 that his home was entered through a window and various pieces of jewelry were stolen from the master bedroom. No value was listed for the stolen items.



Thefts



A $500 display phone was reported stolen Sept. 16 from the AT&T kiosk at Westfield Belden Village Mall.



A Palmer Drive Northwest man said he noticed Sept. 15 that his iPad had been stolen. He told police that two days earlier he had given an acquaintance the code to his garage door opener.
