Three adults have been charged with burglary after being found inside a home Sunday evening at 388 Noah Ave. in Akron along with four juveniles, police said.

Akron police said Anton Jefferies, 24, of Rocky Brook Drive and Robert V. Wilson, 22, of Bacon Street, both of Akron, and Yasmeen J. Johnson, 18, of Third Street in Barberton were charged with burglary.

Police took four juvenile males, ages 15 and 16, who were also found in the home, into custody. The house is in a West Akron residential neighborhood four blocks east of Buchtel Community Learning Center and north of Copley Road.

Police said they arrested two of the adult males as they walked out of the house and found three others hiding in the attic. Police said they found a syringe filled with suspected heroin, a bag of suspected heroin and also an unloaded .22 caliber handgun magazine but no weapon.

The woman renting the house is currently imprisoned in Summit County Jail, police said.

The home was found with multiple broken windows and a south side door forced open, police said. The property has been boarded up, according to the police report.

Police said they have received six complaints about drug use, gambling and loitering at the property dating back to April 16, with people at the home running away before police could catch them.
