MANCHESTER, N.H.: Police in New Hampshire say a man with a gun threatened a driverís education instructor and three students as one was attempting to parallel park near his car.
Police say the 17-year-old student driver began parking between two vehicles on Tuesday in Manchester when a man knocked on the window and threatened to shoot them if they struck his car. The instructor, 44-year-old Marie Ramsdell, saw a black and silver handgun on the manís hip. The group left and called police.
Police later arrested 22-year-old Joseph Duven, of Manchester, and charged him with four counts of criminal threatening. He was released on $3,000 bail. Heís scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 31.
It wasnít immediately known if Duven had a lawyer, and a phone number wasnít listed for him.
