SaberLogic is relocating from Wadsworth to the Bounce Innovation Hub in Akron.

Bounce and the city announced this week that the software consulting company, which has 24 workers, has signed a lease and will move in September.

“We started in Wadsworth 16 years ago and will always be grateful to the community,” SaberLogic CEO Adam Ellis said in a prepared statement. “But Bounce puts us at the epicenter of an ever-expanding set of support systems to help startups thrive in Ohio. We can’t wait to move in to our space, where we can see that beautiful Akron skyline every day.”

The company, which focuses on its security communication mobile app Bezlio, recently received $2 million in seed funding. It will occupy about 2,700 square feet on Bounce’s eighth floor and plans to expand its staff to 40 employees; add 15,000 users; and raise $5 million in annual revenue within three years.

The growth plan prompted the move to Bounce, officials said.

“This is why Bounce exists,” Bounce CEO Doug Weintraub said in a prepared statement. “We have the space to accommodate growing companies like SaberLogic and we offer the entrepreneurial and business support they need at this point in their journey. SaberLogic is an impressive, high-growth company and we look forward to working with them.”

Bounce is located in downtown Akron in the former B.F. Goodrich plant and comprises more than 300,000 square feet of office, lab and light manufacturing space. More than 50 companies and organizations are located in Bounce and employ more than 200 people.
