It is shaping up to be a scary Halloween night in Northeast Ohio.

The National Weather Service is warning that snow will likely fall throughout Northeast Ohio Friday night into Saturday morning.

Just how much snow will fall, the weather service says will depend on the exact track of a storm system making its way through Ohio.

Forecasters say it will be a “wet snow” with higher amounts possible away from Lake Erie.

Rain is expected early in the evening on Halloween before turning over to snow as temperatures drop into the lower 30s.

Snow showers are expected to end around noon on Saturday.
