GREEN - After 29 years of service as a teacher in Green Local Schools, Ann Sunday will soon leave her usual classroom at Green Middle School.

The educator has opted to retire as of Nov. 1, and the school board accepted that decision at its meeting earlier this week.

Michael Coury has already left Green High School where he taught math for six years. His resignation became effective Aug. 14.

Superintendent Michael Nutter said Coury resigned because he accepted the position of assistant principal at Cloverleaf Middle School in Medina County's village of Seville.
