The Elysian Brewing Co. national "Dust Up Tour" will make a stop in Columbus.

The Seattle brewery will host a party at 6 p.m. April 26 at Little Rock Bar celebrating its beer, Columbus artists and musicians and the legacy of local music icon John “Andyman” Davis on what would have been his 50th birthday.

The event will feature free performances by local bands Sgt. Peppercorn, Colin Gawel, The Saturday Giant, Dos Gravediggers and The Whiles.

Guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis and the first 200 will receive a commemorative, hand-screen printed poster that will be made during the event.

"We had been planning to remember and celebrate Andyman on this date—he was a good friend of mine as well as Joe Peppercorn, bandleader of Sgt. Peppercorn and The Whiles,” Little Rock Bar owner Quinn Fallon said in a prepared statement. “Elysian’s support is helping us make it a bigger, better party than it would have been otherwise, and the event is also providing a donation to Andyman’s kids’ scholarship fund — it’s a win-win for us.”
