For those folks who like to drink beer and not run, Maize Valley Brewery in†Marlboro Township has a race for you.


The brewery-winery will host its inaugural Drink for Pink Zero K Race at noon Sunday. (Oct. 1)


Yes, you read that right. Itís a Zero K run ó meaning no running, just beer drinking. The party begins one minute after the "race" starts.


If you do happen to enjoy running, youíre in luck. The brewery also is hosting its inaugural Hopnesia IPA 5K, which will weave its way through the farm.


Participants in either "race" will receive a T-shirt and a beer.


All proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Koman Foundation to fight breast cancer.


The brewery also will be selling Zero K stickers for $5, with the proceeds benefiting people affected by Hurricane Irma in the Florida Keys.


Tickets for the Zero K run are $35, while tickets for the 5K are $50.
