Phoenix Brewing Co. will celebrate its fourth anniversary next weekend with plenty of beer, live music, food and tours.

The Mansfield brewery -- which is located in a former mortuary, serves its flights in coffin-shaped pieces of wood and is supposedly haunted by the ghost of a man named Charlie who committed suicide there ages ago -- will host a two-day party. (April 13-14)

The celebration runs from 3 to midnight April 13 when 20 beers will be available and 2 p.m. to midnight April 14 when more than 30 beers will be offered. There also will be bottle releases of Embalming, Toe Tag, Black Aggie, Mary Jane, Metamorphus and barrel-aged Black Aggie.

Phoenix also will release its Century IPA Batch 004. For the full beer list and more details, click here.

"We're pretty blessed to have a community that supports us like they do and just to be able to be part of the craft community in general," co-founder Carmone Macfarlane said. "It doesn't feel like four years. It feels like we opened last year."

Macfarlane and her husband, Duncan who serves as the brewer, added that there is a future expansion coming, but declined to comment on specifics.
