A interesting milestone: Chesapeake Energy Corp. is marking its second anniversary of starting to drill in Ohio's Utica shale.

The Oklahoma-based energy company began drilling or spudding its Buell well in Harrison County in December 2010.

It was one of the first wells drilled in Ohio and was at one time the biggest-producing well in Ohio.

Today, Chesapeake has drilled 134 wells and it intends to drill another 200 wells with its partners in 2013.

It has invested $3.3 billion in Ohio.

It is the No. 1 player in Ohio's Utica shale.
