Craft beer fans don't have to wait for Cincinnati Beer Week to taste the first collaboration beer made to celebrate the occasion.



Over/Under, an amber lager aged with mulberry wood, will be released today (May 27) at Listermann Brewing Co. The beer was brewed by Listermann, MadTree, Urban Artifact and Dogberry.



The beer, which is 6.2 percent alcohol by volume, is one of five collaboration beers and the only one being packaged. Four-packs of 12-ounce bottles will be available starting at 5 p.m. for $9.99 at Listermann. It will be available at area retailers next week.



The other collaboration beers are:



-- Fruits of Our Labor by Mt Carmel, Fifty West, Fibonacci and Cellar Dweller. It's an IPA with peaches and apricots. Fruits of Our Labor was made at Mt Carmel and clocks in at 7.1 percent.



-- Birds and the Bees by Ei8ht Ball, Christian Moerlein, Mash Cult, Old Firehouse and Tap & Screw. It's a Belgian-style golden ale made with honey malt, honey and black locust flower. The beer was made at Ei8ht Ball and is 6.8 percent.



-- Nectar by Braxton, Paradise, Rock Bottom and Rivertown. It's a Mexican lager with agave. It was made at Braxton and is 5.4 percent.



-- Saison d' 513 by Blank Slate, Rhinegeist, Taft’s and Bad Tom. It's a saison with chili peppers. The beer was made at Blank Slate and is 6 percent.



Cincinnati Beer Week runs June 19 through June 25.
