The Ohio Beer Drinkers Association has scheduled a slew of beer-tasting events over the next few months. Here's the rundown:



-- Saturday (March 30) at the Village Cafe in Cridersville. There will be 14 beers, including two from Flatrock Brewing in Holgate. Flatrock brewmaster Lawrence Pritchard will be there to chat about his beers. The tasting begins at 8 p.m. and costs $10. For more details, click here.



-- April 6 at Alexandria's in Findlay. There will be 14 beers available, and Bobby DeSeyn from Cavalier Distributing will attend to chat about beer. Reservations are required. The event begins at 8 p.m. and costs $10. For more details, click here.



-- April 13 in Cincinnati. The association is going to the Ohio State Spring Game at Paul Brown Stadium and plans to hit a few breweries that day.The specific locations and times are still up in the air. For more details, click here.



-- June 22 at the Alibi Lounge in Lima. The Summer Solstice Beer Tasting is still a work in progress, the group said, but it should involve 10 to 14 beers and cost $10. For more details, click here.



"We are also looking to find places to work with in Columbus and Dayton before

the end of the year," association organizer Ashley Merricle  said in an email. "We also would like to get a group together for Ohio Beer Week in Athens."
