Baysox 8, RubberDucks 4

Bobby Bradley and Ka’ai Tom each had two RBI for the RubberDucks, but it was not enough as the host Baysox tagged Akron pitching for eight runs on seven hits in an 8-4 win in an Eastern League game on Tuesday in Bowie, Md.

Bradley had an RBI groundout and hit a solo home run, and Tom also had an RBI groundout and an RBI double to lead the Ducks (43-34).

Ducks starting pitcher Jake Paulson allowed four runs on five hits and struck out four through 4⅔ innings in the loss. Reliever Rob Kaminsky allowed four runs on one hit but issued four walks and lasted one-third of an inning.

Audry Perez hit two home runs and Aderlin Rodriguez also homered to lead the Baysox (34-42). Reliever Luis Gonzalez earned the win for the Baysox.

The Ducks continue their four-game series against the Baysox on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. and conclude the series Thursday at 7:05.
