CLEVELAND:  Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue wouldn’t whether he’d start but point guard George Hill will be available for the team today in their Game 7 meeting with the Indiana Pacers.

Hill has missed the last three games in the series with back spasms.  Lue said he wants to play and the team’s doctors have cleared him.

“So we’ll kind of just see how he feels and gauge it from there,” he said in his pre-game press availability.

Lue said he had no idea what to expect with respect to impact and production, but it could alleviate some pressure on forward LeBron James.

“Just having an extra ball handler is big, especially in this series,” Lue said. “The way they’re trying to pick us up full court, pressure the wing catches, pressure the elbow catches, so having an extra ball handler is key this series.”

Indiana Pacers coach Nate McMillan views Hill as a threat.

“It’s another guard that can pressure and shoot the 3 ball, give them another point guard, whether he starts or off the bench,” he said. “We know what George is capable of doing and we should be prepared for this team.”
