Curve 5,?RubberDucks 4

The RubberDucks rallied in the top of the ninth inning with solo home runs from Eric Haase and Yu-Cheng Chang to force extra innings, but the host Altoona Curve came away with the win on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th inning in an Eastern League game Tuesday.

The Ducks (22-25) led 2-1 in the top of the seventh inning after an RBI single from Chang and a sacrifice fly from Mark Mathias, but the Curve scored three runs in the bottom of the inning to go ahead 4-2.

Reliever Cameron Hill came on to work the bottom of the 10th inning and gave up the game-winning single for his second loss of the season. Ducks starter Thomas Pannone allowed one run through six innings in the no decision.
