Host Trenton Thunder outfielder Trey Amburgey ripped a two-out RBI double in the ninth inning and the Eastern League All-Star Game ended in a 4-4 tie on Wednesday night.

Richmond Flying Squirrels outfielder Luigi Rodriguez broke a 3-3 tie with a home run in the eighth inning for the Western Division.

RubberDucks outfielder Connor Marabell had an RBI single in a three-run fifth inning that erased a 3-0 Eastern Division lead.

Marabell was 1-for-2 and also scored a run in the fifth.

Ducks third baseman Joe Sever went 1-for-4 with a double and also scored in the fifth inning.

Andrew Calica went 0-for-4 and Willi Castro was 0-for-2 for the Ducks.

Ducks pitcher Jake Paulson pitched a scoreless inning, giving up a hit and striking out one.

Levi Michael tripled and Jan Hernandez hit a two-run homer with two outs in the second inning to give the Eastern Division a 2-0 lead.

Deivi Grullon hit a solo home run in the fourth to make it 3-0 before the Western Division rallied in the fifth.

Taylor Gushue singled and Sever doubled to put two runners in scoring position for the West in the fifth. Marabell’s single scored Gushue and Sever scored on a single by Ke’Bryan Hayes.

Marabell scored on a wild pitch to tie the score at 3-3.
