Loic Djomani scored the game-winning goal in the second half off an assist from Jimmy Thomas for the host Fighting Irish. The win was the first for new coach Michele Jagodzinski.

Revere 6, Green 0

Sandor Jakab and Sal Milazzo each scored two goals and the visiting Minutemen (4-0) defeated the Bulldogs (1-3). Szabi Wiksell had two assists and scored a goal for the Minutemen.

Jackson 2, Stow 2

Victor Ribiero scored in the 80th minute to give the visiting Bulldogs (2-1-1) a draw with the Polar Bears (2-1-1). Simon Nelson and Chase Weatherbee scored for the Polar Bears, and Corey Hunt scored for the Bulldogs.

Junior Morghan Tucker and sophomore Blake Armsey each scored a hat trick for the host Orangemen in a nonleague win over the Vikings.

Boys golf

Revere 168, Copley 176

Sophomore Jacin Colaco aced the 165-yard ninth hole at Fairlawn Country Club to help lead the Minutemen (4-1, 2-1 Suburban-American). Colaco used a 7-iron for his first hole-in-one.

Green 146, Hoover 166

Jonathan Knapp carded an even-par 35 for the Bulldogs at Arrow Head. Maxwell Moldovan shot a 1-over 36 for the Bulldogs.

Brunswick 159, Rocky River 162

Evan Gray shot a 3-under 33 for the Blue Devils at Pine Hills.

Volleyball

Buchtel 3, North 0

Antonique Allen’s five kills and 22 service points led the Griffins (1-2, 1-2 City Series).

Wadsworth 3, Stow 2

Kacie Evans had 33 kills and 30 digs for the host Grizzlies, who also got 26 assists from Stacy Witschey.

CVCA 3, Manchester 0

Riley Nickol had seven kills and Kallie Peak had 20 digs and 16 service points for the Royals.
