Matt Lawrence singled, hit a sacrifice fly and drove in two runs and Billy Marting had an RBI single for the host Black Tigers (6-4) in a win over the Bulldogs (3-12). Lucas Popovich singled three times for the Bulldogs.

Medina 5,?North Royalton 4

Mike Faschian went 2-for-4 and drove in two runs and Nick Fryer had an RBI for the visiting Bees (8-6, 4-2). Brian Letts and Conner Green also went 2-for-4 for the Bees.

Walsh Jesuit 6,?Nordonia 4

Sophomore Ryan Feltner had a three-run double and sophomore Gino Sassano hit an RBI double to lead the visiting Warriors (13-2). Sophomore Blake Jenkins singled twice and scored two runs for the Warriors.

Parker Henderson went 2-for-3 with two singles and two RBI and the host Bulldogs (10-4, 3-3 NOC) defeated the Tigers (6-6, 2-4).

Senior Russell Klein singled twice, doubled and drove in two runs for the visiting Orangemen (9-4) in a nonleague win over the Colts (3-12). Junior Dylan Horner hit a three-run triple for the Colts.

Junior Zack Foster threw a perfect game in his first career start, and the visiting Magics (7-6) defeated the Cardinals. Foster struck out 11 and sophomore Solomon Carter doubled twice, singled twice and drove in three runs to lead the Magics.

St. Vincent-St. Mary 11,?Copley 5

Kevin Oyakawa, Anthony Cerreto and Zac George each had two RBI for the visiting Fighting Irish (6-8) in a nonleague win over the Indians (2-10).

Kate Boylan threw a three-hit shutout and struck out five for her eighth win of the season for the host Knights (9-6) at the Racers Rock N Fire Classic. Natalie Bender singled twice and drove in a run for the Knights.

Senior Mackenzie DiPetro singled to score junior Tara Thacker in the top of the fifth inning to give the Vikings (18-0) the win at the Prebis Memorial Tournament. Thacker also had nine strikeouts for her eleventh win of the season.

Senior Quartni Whited struck out six and hit a solo home run to lead the Spartans (15-1) over the Green Wave (16-3) at the Loudonville Tournament of Champions. Sophomore Deanna Cole singled three times and drove in two runs and junior Kassy Flores singled, doubled and drove in two runs for the Spartans, ranked No. 10 in the state. The Green Wave, ranked No. 2 in the state, were runner-up in the state last year.
