Junior Jerome Lane’s 27 points led the visiting Falcons (8-4, 7-2) over the Golden Rams (5-8, 3-5) in a City Series game.


Senior Corbin Bates scored 16 points and senior Stefan Willis added 12 for the Falcons. Senior Darius Hoisten (23 points) and senior Jorden Boykin (16 points) led the Golden Rams.


East 91, North 42


Senior Davonte Brunson scored 21 points, senior Mycle Shadie added 15 and the host Dragons (11-1, 7-0) defeated the Vikings (0-14, 0-8) to remain undefeated in the City Series.


Sophomore Brandon Johnson led the Vikings with 16 points and senior Nate Gibson scored 12 for the Dragons.


Kenmore 70, Ellet 51


Sophomore Oshay Vinson led the host Cardinals (8-3, 6-2) with 21 points in the City Series win over the Orangemen (2-11, 1-6).


Senior Antonio Hearn added 19 points for the Cardinals and Tarek Vierhuve led the Orangemen with 14 points.

The visiting Black Tigers (5-7) used a 20-point third quarter to rally against the Bears (7-4).


Senior Cory Asbury scored 18 points and junior Devin Speicher had 17 points to lead the Black Tigers.


Medina 58, Wadsworth 42


The visiting Bees (3-9) outscored the Grizzlies (6-6) 27-15 in the second half to pull away for a nonleague win.


Senior center Mason Schreck scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Bees. Senior Josh Kipfer scored 13 points and had nine rebounds to lead the Grizzlies.

The host Fighting Irish (7-6) scored 10 points in the final three minutes to pull away for the win against the Arcs (9-2) in a nonleague game.


The Irish had a 20-point lead in the fourth quarter when the Arcs cut the deficit to six at 87-81 with three minutes remaining in the game.


Senior D.J. Blanks scored 23 points, junior Nick Wells had 17 and senior Lorenzo Cugini scored 16 for the Irish. Wells also had 12 rebounds for the double-double.

Senior Bruce Thomas scored 18 points and senior Zach Brett added 14 for the visiting Rough Riders (9-2) in a nonleague win over the Blue Devils (6-6). Senior Eli Baker led the Blue Devils with 12 points.

Senior Dakota Dorsey scored a game-high 20 points and the host Vikings (1-11) won their first game of the season. Junior Tom Saviers scored 19 points for the Vikings.

Junior George Jacobs led the host Comets with 16 points in a nonleague win over the Conquerors. Seniors Austin Humbert and Tylor Radcliff each scored 15 for the Comets.

The host Bombers rallied in the second half to defeat the Red Devils in a Portage Trail Conference-County Division game. Junior Cameron Pozsgai led the Bombers with 25 points and six rebounds.
