Kent State junior golfer Jennifer Ha was named Mid-American Conference Womenís Golfer of the Week on Thursday. Ha carded a tournament low 1-under-par 71 on Tuesday in the final round of the John Kirk/Panther Intercollegiate to earn second-place individually and lead the Golden Flashes to the team tournament title.

Basketball

University of Akron players Zeke Marshall, Alex Abreu and Demetrius Treadwell were named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Division I All-District Team on Tuesday.

Marshall, a first-team selection, was named to the 2012-13 Lou Henson All-America team on Monday and finished his career at Akron as the all-time leader in blocked shots and was named MAC Defensive Player of the Year this season for the second consecutive year.

Treadwell was named second-team All-MAC and was named MAC Tournament MVP after leading the Zips to their third MAC Tournament title.

Abreu was an Honorable Mention All-MAC selection after averaging 10.3 points per game this season. Abreu broke Akronís single-season assists record with 173 assists this season.

Baseball

Case Western Reserve senior Matt Keen (Tallmadge) was named to the University Athletic Association 25th Anniversary Team on Wednesday. Keen is one of five student-athletes from Case Western Reserve to be named to the team and the only active player to receive the honor. Keen is the programís all-time leader with 169 runs scored and was named to the UAA Championship All-Tournament Team for a fourth consecutive season.
