Giovanny Urshela and Edwin Encarnacion each clubbed home runs, but Josh Tomlin was roughed up in the Indians’ 13-4 Cactus League loss to the San Francisco Giants on Saturday.

For Urshela, it was the continuation of a hot start to his spring. Urshela is hitting .588.

Tomlin was tagged for five earned runs on six hits in two innings of work.

Tomlin is vying for one of the two open spots in the starting rotation, along with Danny Salazar, Mike Clevinger and Ryan Merritt.

The Indians will travel to Maryvale, Ariz., to take on the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday.
