Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson declared at the end of the 2016 season that should his team repeat the dubious feat of doing 1-15 he would jump into Lake Erie. They didn't. They were worse, compiling an 0-16 record in 2017 - becoming only the second team in league history to do so. Jackson will make good on that vow and jump into the great lake Friday afternoon at an undisclosed Cleveland location.
