Seventh annual Spooky Science at Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve: 4:30-8:30 p.m. Oct. 12-13 and Oct. 19-20 at Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve, 11929 Beech St. NE, Washington Township. More than 25 interactive and hands-on activity stations for families to explore, including science experiments, hay ride, Bugmania, Amazon Adventure, the Craft Cave, gold panning and bone digging, and getting up close with live woodland animals and reptiles.
