No need to hunt for the perfect wine for your family Easter celebration.

Au Bon Climat winemaker, and Cuyahoga Falls native, Jim Clendenen has got you covered. The California King of Pinot Noir makes 12 different pinots. He even makes some house wine for Emeril Lagasse's restaurants.

"I don't think pinot and ham could go any better," said Clendenen. "The holidays demand pinot." His $27.99 Santa Barbara County is easiest to find in this area. However, Papa Joe's does carry a few of Clendenen's single vineyard gems, named after his kids, Knox and Isabella.

The triangle label on the bottle stands out as much as the wine inside. The perfect food pairings are endless. In addition to ham, I tried this wine with Sartori BellaVitano cheese, grilled pork chops, grilled chicken thighs, grilled Italian sausage, and smashed potatoes. (I think this wine gig is going to have me shopping for stretchy pants soon.) If you still have wine in your glass, great-grandma Cirino's ricotta cheese pie is a wonderful way to finish the pairing.

Buy this wine at Acme Montrose, Papa Joe's, 750ml Wines Akron and Brecksville, North End Wine Hudson, D'Agnese's at White Pond, H2 Wine Merchant Medina.
