Fretboard Brewing Co. is releasing a limited-edition 16-ounce can of 'Nati Dread aged in bourbon barrels.

The music-themed brewery in Blue Ash will begin selling the beer at noon Saturday. (Sept. 29) 'Nati Dread is a 10 percent Russian imperial stout aged on cocoa nibs and coconut. Single cans will sell for $10.99. Customers also will receive a handmade 'Nati Dread-branded burlap bag while supplies last. (There is a limit of two bags per customer.)

The Flex Crew, a roots, reggae and rock band from Columbus, will perform at 8 p.m. to help celebrate the occasion.

Fretboard also will release and sell four-packs of 16-ounce cans of Mellowship, a 4.9 percent India session pilsner. The four-packs are $9.99.

"This beer combines old-world lagers with new world dry hopped characteristics," the brewery said in a news release. "The India session pilsner is light, unfiltered and slightly hazy to preserve its bouquet of citrusy aromatics and flavor with little bitterness."
