Akron knife-maker Mark Campana will compete on the second season of the History Channel series “Forged in Fire: Knife or Death.”
The program returns Oct. 3 at 10 p.m.
The series, produced by Outpost Entertainment, showcases America’s top blade-smiths, martial artists and knife experts as they slice, stab and chop their way through obstacle courses ranging from slicing through flying watermelons to hacking through massive ice blocks.
Campana has been hand crafting knives part time for the past five years. He works full time as a personal trainer and has owned his own facility since 2005. He is a former Cleveland Cavaliers cheerleader and Kent State University cheerleader.
The winner of each episode of "Forged in Fire" earns a cash prize and a spot in the season two finale when they will compete in the ultimate showdown to be crowned the “Forged in Fire: Knife or Death Champion.”
