The Glass City Beer Festival is shifting locations this year.

The 13th annual beer tasting, set for March 1, is moving from the Lucas County Recreation Center in Maumee to the Stranahan Theater & Great Hall in Toledo. Tickets are on sale now for the event, which will feature more than 50 craft breweries and showcase more than 240 beers.

The beer festival supports nonprofits Courageous Community Services (formerly Camp Courageous) and the NWO Hemophilia Foundation.

The event runs from 7 to 11 p.m. General admission tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door. VIP tickets are $60 in advance and will allow people to enter at 6 p.m. and have access to special beers.
