CUYAHOGA FALLS — A garage fire caused roughly $75,000 in damage, but no injuries were reported at a Hollywood Avenue home early Monday morning, according to city spokesperson Kelli Crawford-Smith.

“When the department arrived, the garage and two cars were fully engulfed in fire and both were a complete loss,” Crawford-Smith said in an email Tuesday.

Crawford-Smith said the fire department responded at a little after 1 a.m. and had the fire under control in 15 minutes. The home sustained some siding damage, but is livable. A fence was also damaged, she said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, said Crawford-Smith.
