Saucy Brew Works and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday (Feb. 21) toasted the opening of a Saucy-themed beer garden inside Quicken Loans Arena.

The 1,500-square-foot bar will be open during all events, including Monsters hockey games and concerts, at the venue.

“It’s an honor to be partnered with such a stellar group that is the Cleveland Cavaliers,” Saucy brewmaster and co-founder Eric Anderson said in a prepared statement. "We take great care and pride in producing superior quality, creative beers and this beautiful new pub is the perfect place to showcase that passion."

The beer garden features 16 taps.

Saucy — a brewery-artisan pizzeria — opened in 2017 in Cleveland’s Hingetown neighborhood close to the arena. Saucy not only operates a brewpub, but also a production brewery that distributes its beer in cans. It also recently announced plans to open a location in Columbus, although it hasn't discussed a specific location.

The Cavaliers-Saucy partnership isn't the NBA team's first collaboration with a craft brewery. The Cavaliers teamed up with The Brew Kettle in Strongsville in 2015 to produce All For One Session IPA. The name stemmed from the Cavs’ slogan at the time: “All For One, One For All.” The Brew Kettle also made a special All For One Triple IPA to celebrate the Cavaliers winning the NBA championship in 2016.
