CLEVELAND — Allegiant is launching service from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to Nashville, Tennessee.

“We’re excited for this opportunity to expand in Cleveland again,” Allegiant Vice President of Planning and Revenue Drew Wells said in a prepared statement. “We’re certain that Cleveland-area travelers will enjoy experiencing Nashville’s rich history, wide range of musical entertainment and vibrant culinary scene.”

The new seasonal service, which begins Thursday, will operate twice weekly. To celebrate, the company is offering introductory round-trip fares on the new route as low as $44 each way.

Allegiant now serves 15 cities from Cleveland.

“We are thrilled about the start of Allegiant’s new service that connects the city of Rock and Roll with Music City,” airport Director Robert Kennedy said in a prepared statement. “Both destinations offer a rich musical culture and history for people of all ages to enjoy.”
