Warped Wing Brewing Co. is introducing a new food menu today. (June 27)

The menu features everything from tacos to burgers to wings to sandwiches, along with appetizers.

The Dayton brewery hired Erin O'Neill to design and run its "culinary program" at the production brewery in downtown Dayton and the new Warped Wing Barrel Room & Smokery opening in Springboro next year.

“Our drive for making great craft beer has now evolved into a complete customer beverage and food program," co-founder and brewmaster John Haggerty said in a news release. “Bringing on Culinary Director Erin O’Neill takes us to another level to the benefit of our customers. Erin’s love for creating an amazing food experience is exciting. And seeing how he executes his skills while building menus designed around our beers is even more impressive. It’s a total flavor experience."

O'Neill said his passion stems from the response of customers.

"Partnering with our brewers to create one-of-a-kind food and beverage selections that compliment one another is what we are all about," he said. "Beer has always been about sharing. Now our food program lives up to that same expectation."

The Springboro location will have a major focus on smoked meat and foods, the brewery said.
