An affiliate of Northwest Side brewery Somewhere In Particular is moving into the space that once housed Actual Brewing in Clintonville.

The bar will be called SIP Local and will include some of the menu items from Somewhere In Particular.

Both bars will be under the same ownership, said Somewhere in Particular General Manager Brian Dudziak, who will oversee both breweries.

It’s not clear when SIP Local will open.

Dudziak said Wednesday that he could provide few details on the venture, but said “all the food and all the beer will be local” at the upcoming Clintonville brewery.

Actual Brewing closed in February, just a month after it opened, following sexual assault allegations against founder Fred Lee.

The space went up for sale in April.

It was located in a North High Street shopping center next to a post office. The space has been vacant since Actual shuttered.
