CLEVELAND — Starting defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi will be active for the Browns on Sunday when they face the Carolina Panthers.

Ogunjobi entered the weekend listed as questionable to play with a biceps injury he suffered last week in a 29-13 loss to the Houston Texans. He didn't practice Wednesday, and he was a limited participant Thursday and Friday.

Starting center JC Tretter will also be active after being listed as questionable with a high-ankle sprain. He has played through the injury since Oct. 14.

As expected, the Browns listed cornerback Terrance Mitchell as a starter for his first game since Sept. 30, when he suffered a broken right wrist. Mitchell was activated from injured reserve on Saturday. He'll start opposite TJ Carrie with rookie cornerback Denzel Ward (concussion) inactive.

Running back Duke Johnson will be active. He had excused absences from practices Wednesday and Thursday because of personal reasons but returned to the Browns on Friday. NFL Network reported Johnson's grandmother died.

In addition to Ward, cornerback Phillip Gaines (knee), rookie guard/center Austin Corbett (foot), quarterback Drew Stanton, rookie left tackle Desmond Harrison, rookie defensive end Chad Thomas and defensive tackle Carl Davis will be inactive.

The following Panthers players will be inactive: kicker Graham Gano (left knee), cornerback Lorenzo Doss, wide receiver Mose Frazier, defensive end Marquis Haynes, running back Travaris Cadet, linebacker Andre Smith and defensive tackle Vernon Butler.
