Former AAF wide receiver Mekale McKay is participating in the Browns' voluntary veteran minicamp this week on a tryout basis.

McKay compiled 22 catches for 375 yards and four touchdowns in seven games for the San Antonio Commanders before the AAF folded.

McKay, 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds, has bounced around the NFL the past three years. After playing college football at Arkansas and Cincinnati, he signed with the Indianapolis Colts in 2016 as an undrafted free agent. He also spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Denver Broncos, Tennessee Titans, Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys.

The Browns' first minicamp under coach Freddie Kitchens began Tuesday and will end Thursday. It's closed to reporters.

McKay, 25, can be seen wearing No. 19 and catching a pass from quarterback Baker Mayfield at the end of the video posted below.
