Caleb Miller battled back against Ignatius' Arjun Brahmbhatt in first singles before dropping a 6-3, 7-5 decision.
Patrick Delaney also kept it close in third singles, falling just short in a 6-4, 6-4 loss to Drew Barclay.

On senior day, reserve Hannah Vandiver got the start and proved key by delivering a clutch single in the seventh inning to send the game to extra innings in an eventual win for Springfield.
With Springfield (11-10, 7-6) trailing 5-4, Vandiver slapped a two-out single to score Ciera Odum, who singled earlier in the inning.
Hannah Blosser completed the comeback with a two-strike single to the gap in right-center to drive in senior catcher Saira Riddle for the walk-off win.

Nathan Stahl did it all for the Warriors in a dominant performance that sparked the Warriors to an impressive nonconference win at home.
Stahl singled, doubled, drilled a home run, scored twice and drove in three for Walsh (18-1). He also tossed a complete game, limiting the Wildcats (12-7-1) to one run on two hits.
