Bradley, a senior, won three individual titles in the Portage Trail Conference Metro Division girls championship meet at Crestwood. She placed first in the 100 meters in 12.38, in the 200 in 25.55 and in the 400 in 58.07.

 

NYA BUSSEY

Twinsburg, track and field

Bussey, a senior, led Twinsburg to a girls team title at the Suburban League National Conference championship meet at Stow. She set a meet record in the 200 meters (24.85), helped the Tigers to a meet-record 1:39.35 in the 800 relay, and placed first in the 100 (12.12) and first in the 1,600 relay (4:00.5).

 

MAX ERISEY

Firestone, baseball

Erisey, a senior, helped Firestone (19-8) compile a seven-game winning streak with two victories apiece over Buchtel and Kent Roosevelt, and wins over Stow, North and Kenmore-Garfield. He batted .611 during the stretch with 11 hits, six walks, 12 RBI and 13 runs scored. He entered the week hitting .471 with two home runs, 25 RBI and 38 runs and five wins pitching.

 

CHASE HARBAUGH

Copley, track and field

Harbaugh, a senior, scored 32 points in the Suburban League American Conference championship meet at Stow. He placed first in the 1,600-meters (4:25.07), the 800 (2:00.94) and the 3,200 (10:00.12), and was on the second-place 3,200 relay (8:20.38).

 

ANDY MCCLELLAND

Ellet, baseball

McClelland, a senior, had a single and three RBI in a victory over Kenmore-Garfield on May 6, and then pitched a six-inning no-hitter in a win over Kenmore-Garfield at Canal Park on May 11 with eight strikeouts and added two singles and one run scored. He entered the week hitting .360 with four wins pitching.
